
Ingredients:
- 4 Large Fuji Apples
- 1/2 Cup (109g) Sugar
- 1/2 Cup (95g) Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp (4g) Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp (1g) Ground Allspice
- 2 TBSP Lemon Juice
- Salt
- Corn Starch Slurry
Getting it done:
- Begin by Peeling and Dicing the Apples.
- Place the Diced Apples in a saucepan or small pot.
- Add The Sugar, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, Allspice, and a pinch of Salt to the apples and mix.
- Let Sit for 5 minutes
- Put on the stove over Medium-High heat, and add the Lemon Juice.
- Let the Apple Mixture cook until moisture froms the apples is drawn out and thickens.
- Once thickened add 1 TBSP of cornstarch slurry to the Mix and take off the heat.
- Let Cool for 3 minutes and enjoy!
